Friday Favorites- Good Clean Serum, Spreading Joy, Another Big Birthday, Mother's Day Outfit and Beverly Hills Housewives

Hey Besties! It finally feels like spring around here, Better late than never. This weekend actually flew by. Now that we are at the weekend, I am linking up with Erika, Andrea, Narci to share what is bringing me Joy this week. 

1) Ever Youthful Serum

I have mentioned in the past, I have crazy sensitive skin. Things make me breakout that don't make other people breakout, so when I try a new product I go very slowly. I have been using the Ever Youthful Serum for a few weeks and have noticed that my skin looks Better. My makeup goes on Better and it stays on longer. I have really been trying to clean up my beauty game and what I like about Ever is that it is clean beauty that is really providing results. I have been using this serum for about three weeks now and I am having no sensitivity or breakouts. I am going to be venturing into some additional Ever products over the next few months and will keep you posted. For now, I am going to keep going with this serum.

2) Spreading Joy

One of the Good things about the safe at home orders is that we all have to get a little creative. What makes me happy is seeing the ways that people spread Joy in their every day lives. My friend Kelli and I had to get creative over the last few weeks because we had to cancel a party that we use as a fund raiser for our kids' school. Every spring we host Cupcakes & Bubbles which is a cupcake and champagne party. With the pandemic, we had to cancel. What we decided to do was spread a little Joy this past weekend. 

On Saturday, we safely delivered a cupcake and mini bottle of champagne to every woman who was supposed to attend Cupcakes & Bubbles. It was perfect because it was Mother's Day weekend. I mean who doesn't love cupcakes and mini champagne. Getting the messages from the ladies who received this treat was just the Best. While we hated to cancel, this was a really Good way to still spread some Joy. 

3) The Birthday Guy

This guy, the one in the Bravo shirt, hanging at a party with Craig from Southern Charm, he had a big birthday yesterday. He is just my favorite person. He really wants to wait to celebrate big until we all can be together. We are thinking maybe we will celebrate our half birthdays this fall...like we are in second grade. We are thinking maybe a Happy Everything party this fall.

Until then, we will celebrate safe.

4) Mother's Day Outfit

If you have been following my Get Dressed Challenge over the last 8 weeks, you know how important I think it is to get dressed at this time and to feel Good about ourselves. On Mother's Day I totally got dressed for myself. I put on an outfit that I love. Not only did I feel Good about myself, I felt totally comfortable in this outfit. This blush top is so soft and looks so Good with almost everything in my wardrobe. I loved wearing this to dinner, even if it was at my house.

5) Beverly Hills Housewives

While it is not as Good as RONY, I don't the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills has ever been Better. Seriously I think it is the Best season yet.

Unpopular opinion...I like Sutton.

But my new favorite is Garcelle.

I need my housewives so much right now in these times. I literally curl up and watch Beverly Hills on Wednesday nights. That's what I love about my housewives, they are totally there when I need them. All the time.
