Friday Favorites: J. Crew Outfit, Trader Joe's Pumpkin Body Butter, New Favorite Song, First PSL of the Season, and Good Mascara

Hey Besties! Happy Friday. I am so ready to usher September out the door. This has been a long month. I went more into that on Wednesday. I am back for Friday Favorites, ready to have a little fun, and link-up with Erika and Andrea. Are you ready? Let's go.

1. J. Crew Factory Outfit

I bought this super cute outfit when I thought there was a possibility I would be able to make my work trip, but of course didn't. I still think this is a Good outfit for early fall and each piece can be worn with so many other items in your closet. 

I feel like skirts are finally at a Good length. For a few years I felt like the skirt lengths were either way too short or a little long and matronly. I really like a skirt that hits just at the knee or slightly below. This skirt is just at the right length.

2. Trader Joe's Pumpkin Body Butter

This body butter brings me Joy every morning when I use it. It is at really Good price point, smells like fall but is not overly scented, moisturizes great and doesn't make me itch.

If you have not checked out this product, grab one when you go to Trader's Joe's next time. I stock up at two at a time. It even makes a really Good gift, especially for a holiday gift exchange or hostess gift, so you may even want to put a few away in the gift closet for the holiday season. 

3. Feel Like This by Ingrid Andress

I heard this song this week and it stopped me in my tracks. This song made me think of the places I was a long time ago and what it feels like to be with someone like Running Daddy. When you find the person who always makes you feel safe, it really is a blessing. Check it out below.

4. First Pumpkin Spice Latte of the Season

This is one of those simple Joys. I never set a date to have my first pumpkin spice latte. I just usually wake up one morning and decide that today is the day. Since I finally had my second negative COVID test yesterday, I decided to celebrate with a pumpkin spice latte.

There is a wonderful coffee shop in town that honestly makes amazing coffee. Their pumpkin spice latte, skim and light on the syrup, is just perfection. I may have another one this weekend.

5. Jones Road Mascara

I struggle with eye makeup a lot. I have super sensitive eyes and have had a really hard time with mascara over the last few years.

About two years ago I tried the Jones Road mascara and really liked it. Jones Road is the new clean beauty line from Bobbi Brown. Most people don't know that Bobbi Brown is no longer affiliated at all with her namesake company. She founded Jones Road as a clean beauty company with all of the same amazing beauty foundations as her original company.

The challenge with this mascara is that it became so popular, it was sold out for a long time. It is finally back in stock so I picked one up a few weeks ago. It definitely still works for me and I think I will order two at a time the next time I order one.

I have on this mascara in the photo above. It doesn't flake, make my eyes red or itch. It's a total win in my book. If you have super sensitive eyes or are interested in clean beauty you may want to give this a try.
