Friday Favorites: Simple Joys-Two Hallmark Movies, Cookie Dough Bites, and Erasable Highlighters

And just like that it was September. Anyone else feel like September snuck up on you? I think it may be because most of my summer was bogged down a bit with work and personal projects. Now that those are behind me, I am really looking forward to early fall.  This week my Friday favorites, linking up with ErikaAndreaNarci, are all simple pleasures. The last week or so has really made me what to embrace the simple pleasures. Join me in what I am finding simple Joys in lately.

1) A Little Daytime Drama

This movie is truly delightful. It stars probably my favorite Hallmark actress Jen Lilley, Ryan Paevey and soap opera legend Linda Dano. I love Jen Lilley because she is the queen of witty banter. This movie is light, fun and exactly what I have needed lately.

2) Sweet Pecan Summer

Speaking of delightful, late summer Hallmark movies check out Sweet Pecan Summer. Was it pretty much the Hallmark formula? Yes, yes it was. Did it have everything I needed last weekend? Yes, yes it did. Definitely check this one out.

3) Enlightened Cookie Dough Bites

Have you tried these? They are new and so Good! They come in chocolate chip, peanut butter and brownie. I didn't love the brownie ones but I like to mix the chocolate chip and peanut butter ones in the same little cup. They are low in calories, WW points, are gluten free and keto friendly. These are the Best guilt free treats I have found in a long time.

4) Erasable Highlighters

I am a planner, colored pen and highlighter geek. Did you know that there was such a thing as erasable highlighters? I had no idea until last week. This babies made their way to my house today.

Erasable pens are a sore subject in my house. My lefties do not like an erasable pen, so I am not really sure how these would work for a leftie, but I am loving them.

That is what I have for you this week Besties. I told you that my list this week was simple pleasures. I hope your weekend is filled with all kinds of simple pleasures that you take a moment to savor. See you next week!
