Friday Favorites: Christmas in Vienna, New Housewives, Gluten Free Oreos, Mega Stella Sale and Heated Blanket

Oh hello Friday. The last couple of weeks have really zipped along and I am loving it. We are just a few days from Thanksgiving and I headed into the weekend and I am cherishing this time. Since it is Friday, I am linking up with up with ErikaAndreaNarci to share the things that have brought me Joy this week. Settle in and find some comfort on this brisk Friday.

1. Christmas in Vienna

Oh Hallmark Channel you knocked it out of the park with this movie. I am not going to lie to you Besties, going into Countdown to Christmas, Christmas in Vienna was the movie I was most looking forward to. I have to tell you, it was even Better than I thought it would be.

Hallmark shot this movie last year in Vienna at the end of the Christmas season and what a Good idea that was considering well...COVID. The story is beautiful, although it does follow the "formula", the scenery is breathtaking especially all of the market scenes and I just loved everything about it. Running Daddy caught some of it and has a new Hallmark girlfriend in Sarah Drew, I am actually ok with this.

This movie is a must see for all my Hallmarkies. Honestly, it may have moved into my top five of all time Hallmark Christmas movies. Check it out soon.

2. Real Housewives of Salt Lake City

Besties, I am doing a total 180 on you here...because the Real Housewives of Salt Lake City is nothing like Christmas in Vienna. This is some Good Housewives stuff. Right off the bat, these new franchise took off like a rocket.

There are stilettos in the snow, over the top birthday parties that have nothing to do with the birthday girl and the Best Housewives insult I think have ever heard...

"You smell like hospital." From about seven minutes in, we were so into this show. It's going to be a long winter Besties, you might want to settle into this one. I am talking varsity level housewives.

3. Gluten Free Oreos are Coming

We are looking forward to 2021 and knowing that there is a real gluten free Oreo coming next year is just giving me hope for next year. In January I will be gluten free for eleven years, so I have not had a real oreo in that long. They will come in regular and double stuff, because as Hockey Guy pointed out, the hard part is the cookie...the filling is easy so just double it up.

4. Stella Buy More/Save More Sale

If you are ready to shop, Stella & Dot has all of the gifts you need with the Share the Joy Sale.

Here I am wearing the Esmeralda necklace this fall.

Here I am in my puff sleeve top which is now on sale. I love this, it is effortless and seasonless.

Check out the sale here. You will also earn Dot Dollars with your purchases, for every $50 you spend you will earn a $25 coupon to use after December 30. If I can help you with any gift ideas, please reach out to me. I can send you gifting ideas and create style board for you.

5. Biddeford Heated Microplush Throw

I am always cold and have been looking at one of these heated throws for a couple of years. At my real office I have a space heater and blanket that I use year round. Since I had a bunch of Kohl's cash I used that to buy a heated throw for while I am working at home.

This heated throw  would make a really Good gift for anyone on your list and I highly recommend it as an addition to your home office this winter.

That's what I have for you this week. I hope you have the Best weekend.

  3. I think all of the Hallmark movies are better this year - maybe 2020 has just set my bar really low! And thank you for the heated blanket tip - just grabbed one for my husband who is cold all the time.
