Hello April! I missed last week because I had a flu like illness that came on on my birthday. Ugh. It's Friday so I am linking up with ErikaAndreaNarci for Friday Favorites. Grab a cup of coffee and come see what is bringing me Joy this week.

1) Loft Spring Fashion

I stopped into Loft last Friday night as I needed some new spring pants. My black pants needed to be replaced and I also needed to size down in some of my pants because my Weight Watchers has been working. The sales ladies were super helpful with sizes and styles because buying pants can be confusing.

I paired the skinny black pants in the Julie fit above with the Garden Ruffle Henley. This blouse is so beautiful and will be on repeat this spring and summer.

I also picked up two pair of the Slim Tie Waist Pencil Pants in Julie fit. These pants are a great slim fit and they come in some really Good colors. I picked up the midnight blue and a seafoam green.

2) Jane Iredale Powder

I have been trying to clean up my beauty game lately and use products with ingredients that are Better for me. I am not completely there yet but I am working my way into totally clean beauty. I came across the Jane Iredale brand earlier this year and decided to purchase their pressed powder. I think it is the Best pressed powder I have ever used. Good coverage, no shine, no chalkiness and does not transfer. Pretty much everything you could want in a powder and it does not make me itch or breakout. Score!

3) Women Helping Women

I know we all talk about women supporting other women and we should all be part of a sisterhood. Sometimes I see it and sometimes I just shake my head at the way we treat each other.

A couple of weeks ago I experienced the true magic of what happens when women help other women. I met a long time friend of mine for coffee a couple of Fridays ago to ask her some advice. I needed guidance in an area where she has a ton of experience and I really don't have any. I told her my story about a fun opportunity I have had and shared with her what I feel about it. She told me exactly what I needed to do and kept saying to me "This is Good...I am serious. Lean Into This."

Sometimes we cannot see what is right in front of us and cannot see why someone might have an interest in us to do something so totally outside our comfort level. My friend has been totally right about this entire opportunity and I would never have had the guts to take the next leap without her giving me a little nudge. We need to live in a world where more women just fully, Joyfully help each other live up to their potential and live out their dreams.

4) Weight Watchers Update

I have probably done Weight Watchers or WW as it is known now, seriously three times now. Each time that I have been really diligent about it it has worked. My biggest weight loss with WW was just over ten years ago when I lost 22 lbs. I would say that I probably had kept about half of it off but never went back to that high weight.

I have been on WW this time since about mid January and have lost 13 lbs to date. I probably want to lose about 2 more and then I will not only be at a Good weight, I will be at a point that I feel lean and healthy. I like the way I look Better in clothes now and feel like WW is always a Good option for me. I can eat real food and still have some wine. When you are gluten free, you are not looking to take anything else out of your diet and WW is actually pretty easy now that I am gluten free.

If you have any questions about WW please feel free to reach out to me!

5) Bebe' Sparkling Rose'

So when I knew I would be recording for The Bubbly Sesh, now the official podcast of the Hallmark Channel, a few weeks ago I wanted to get a small bottle of bubbly to have that night. I went into Balducci's after Barre 3 and found this super cute bottle of sparkling rose from Bebe'. It is really Good and not headache city! The Best part is that it has a hinged top that totally reseals the bottle and keeps the bubbles from going flat. Seriously, I finished the bottle two nights later and it was still nice and bubbly. I would totally buy this again in both the small and larger size.

One last thing before I go, if you are a Hallmarkie, be sure to keep an eye on my Instagram and Twitter this weekend. I will be helping to host a watch party with the ladies from The Bubbly Sesh for the Hallmark Channel premier of Bottled with Love. I will be sharing easy entertaining ideas, my Hallmarkie friends will be over and I will be live tweeting during the movie.

Have the Best weekend!

    1. You are so sweet! For me it was a little more about how I looked in my clothes and trying to tone up for spring and summer. What really helped was changing my snacks. Have a Good weekend!
