It's Friday and what a week! I have been gone most of the week on a work trip, but now the weekend is here and it's time to link up with Erika, Narci, and Andrea for Friday Favorites. Here's what I am finding Joy in this week.
1) Champagne Dreams Brut & Rose Gummies
I was in Target this week on my trip and found these very fun gummies. I bought a pack for Running Daddy and myself. I thought it would be fun to pop them open this weekend as a treat. Has anyone else tried these?

2) Bell Sleeves
For the most part I am loving the bell sleeve trend this fall. I do think you have to be a little careful with this trend though or you can end up looking like this:
I found a really Good option to embrace the trend without going overboard into the dreaded "puffy shirt" territory. I am loving this shirt from J. Crew Factory.

3) Hearth & Hand with Magnolia at Target
Hang onto your shiplap! This week Target announced that they are curating a line with Chip and Joanna Gaines called Hearth & Home with Magnolia and it's coming to Target on November 5th. The Best news...most of the items will be under $30. WHAT???!!! I don't know about you...but hearing this brought me great Joy. I have to say that I was lucky to be in the room (it was a very large room in full disclosure) when the official announcement was made, and the whole place just exploded with Joy. I cannot wait to see what Chip, Joanna and Target are going to bringing us! You can learn more here.

4) Lauren James Lawson Quilted Pullover:
This summer I bought this really cute pullover from Lauren James. It is the perfect weight for this time of year and I just love the tourquoise and pink combo I chose.
This pullover as been a really Good layering piece for when the temperatures can be a little tricky around here. I have worn this to hockey practice, with shorts and even over my pajamas in my hotel room this week.

I was traveling for work this week so I only came up with four favorites this week but I think they are really Good ones.
I do want to say that I am still playing for all of the people who have been displaced and impacted by the hurricanes over the past couple of weeks.

I giggled so many times reading this post- first of all, I am heading to Target ASAP to snag those gummies- they look AWESOME! Second, I laughed so hard about the ruffle top- so true- it can be too much and look just like Seinfeld But I am loving the bell sleeves and I am fond of ruffles all around but you are dead on with that comment! :)
ReplyDeleteGlad you see what I am talking about Holly with the sleeves. When they are subtle sleeves they look great but some of what I am seeing these days with the sleeves just look totally crazy and Seinfeld-like.
